		<description>I am constantly amazed by the reaction I get from people after I tell them I&#039;m a vegan. I&#039;ve had everything from &quot;so you eat chicken, right?&quot; to people who demand to cook for me because they would love to learn how to make the transition themselves. Then there are the people who just want to fight. I usually ignore those types since they are probably apt to fight about anything that even remotely threatens their ego.
